From Hive to Jar
At Bee's Inn, we take full control of the honey-making process, ensuring its integrity from hive to jar.
With our specialized facilities, we meticulously handle every step, from extraction to bottling.
This hands-on approach guarantees strict quality control, safeguarding the remarkable and unique natural properties of our honey in each jar you receive.
Monofloral Manuka Honey
To authenticate Mānuka honey, only approved laboratories recognized by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) conduct the necessary testing. MPI, an independent government organization overseeing New Zealand's export requirements and food labeling standards, administers these regulations.
Producers exporting Mānuka honey must comply with MPI's scientific definition and undergo testing to validate its authenticity.
This guarantees accurate labeling and involves testing at designated MPI-recognized laboratories authorized for Mānuka honey authentication.
Sustainability
The Mānuka tree is a remarkable land regenerator, providing vital erosion protection and promoting biodiversity.
At Bee's Inn, we prioritize the cultivation of native Mānuka trees.
Through managing our own plantations, we actively restore marginal farmland, transforming it into thriving native forests.
This commitment fosters environmental sustainability and enables the sustainable production of pure and exquisite Mānuka honey.
